    what screen res are you running it mite be related to that, im using 1680x1050 try changing it just to see if the problem improves, i still dont know why your icon hangs over the bottom when mine hangs over the top, can you please post a screen shot of your whole desktop with the start menu open and on the all programs screen im going to compare them side by side.
