    That's up to you.
    I would install it just to see if it passes.
    I'm 99% sure it will.
    Most cases, I have seen, with a mod failing the WAT is due to using the wwrong OEM Key.
    Installing a different key fixed it.

    But, If it doesn't pass you can always re-mod and try a different SLIC.
    Also the update can be un-installed after testing is done.

    PS
    It's always best to Clone the current OS Partition Before you Install this Update.
    Acronis True Image works well for that.

    So far there's been very few reports of bios modded with Gigabyte SLIC passing validation.

    That all depends on the Bios.
    But most can be done whether they Originally have SLIC or not.
