help hey i was wondering if this has AHCI enabled on it? i am wanting to hack my machine so it runs OSX a little better and was told that getting a modded rom for my machine will make it work alot better. is this true? M2A74-AM SE is my machine. thanks for any help you can. Josh
I did Not add AHCI to that BIOS. I only added Dell SLIC 2.1 info. Sorry, I have No Idea if adding a AHCI option is possible or if it will help with OSX. I don't own that MB so I really have No incentive to do that research. I'm sure that if you do some research you can figure all that out.

That's a Phoenix BIOS, which I don't deal with, but if you ask one of the Phoenix BIOS Modders via PM they can help you out with that. My guess is that phlash16.exe that's in the Crisdisk folder would work but as I said, I'm only taking a guess.
Ok, I just looked at the actual Bios file. I saw that CrisDisk folder in the archive and assumed it was a Phoenix, but you're right. It's a .BIO which is an AMI / Intel BIOS. You need to look on the Intel site and see if they offer a DOS Flash Utility somewhere for that BIOS type.
