I have the Asrock 775i65GV and it looks like a similar bios mod has already been uploaded for the i65G. I'm a little timid about flashing these boards because they have several board revisions. Will the modded bios work on both rev 1.x and rev. 2.x boards or should I first make sure which board I have and upload my current bios?
I would make sure the BIOS is for The EXACT MB (Model and Revision) you want to flash it on. If it is Not it can cause problems if it actually allows you to flash it.
ATTENTION: my board is the socket 939 edition. it only goes to 1.0d you mixed it up with the 754 socket in your post! something was wrong with the link i posted i foud iit on google searching for "ecs 939 nforce3" and the 8th link is the one to the ecs site in case you are still up for doin 1.0d for 939, click on bios and the upper one should be 1.0f i'm happy with 1.0b for the moment
LOL, No you listed the Wrong MB Model. The NForce3-A is NOT the NForce3-A939. These are Two different Models.
NoJuan999 It would seem that the simplest way to do that is to save the current bios and upload it here. My current bios is version 3.30 which supports my 2.4GHz Allendale but I can't seem to upload a copy from this location. I will try again later. In the meantime, has anyone done the Epox 8RDA+ mobos?
NoJuan999 Noted. I will post the 8RDA+ bios in the other thread. I still can't upload because "I am exceeding the 97K limit for this file type". I tried renaming to .jpg to bypass this and was told it wasn't a valid image file. Nice filter
