    I can confirm that it is working, Win7 activated. Many thanks!!!

    (I just needed to press F2 after flash to resest CMOS)

    It works with GA-MA770-UD3 (rev. 2.1) too!
    (After flashing, USB ports are disabled. Consider this.)

    hp modded bios 2901
    not working

    flashed twice with afudos everything went right but read write everything and everest are reporting slic 2.0 not 2.1
    did i miss anything
    any problem if i try to flash dell modded bios

    I can confirm that this works (run from a bootable USB flash drive).

    Also, as a heads-up to those who are installing Win7 on an Inspiron 700m, you will need to follow special steps to get the video driver working. Here is a great work around: distractshun.com/2009/07/windows-7-on-dell-700m-working-graphics
