    I used this on my HP Pavilion a6667c which has the same motherboard and comfirmed success with RW-Everything.

    However, there were some unintended side effects. First, the HP splash screen during bootup is gone, even though it is enabled in the BIOS setup. And the serial #, model #, and product # have been wiped out. How do I restore these items? Thanks in advance!
