    I tried to flash the above bios using the AsRock "Instant Flash" utility from there website and received a BSOD on startup. The dos flash method on there website is to boot into dos and execute a file that has the bios built into it.

    Hey Serg008, Thanks agian. I reinstalled windows and it started loading windows agian (it was probably ahci setting). Activated successfully! (but for some reason I had to manually activate using license file at cmd prompt instead of using the app that I usually use that detects compatible cert and installs it automaticly... I'm guessing the app isnt compatible with uefi bios)
