    Has checked up yours MOD Bios - "Modified Bios-Asus X42JY-K42JY_301_Asus21_SSv2.rar" on real PC. All perfectly works!

    Figured out the issue, I needed to let MSE verify windows was genuine.
    Issue is resolved!
