    I tried this, I'm getting a Windows is not genuine msg. I have reg'd the cert and tried some diff keys but they all are not working.

    I also tried modding the bios myself from the factory, but the cert and doesn't match.
    I tried using Phoenix SLIC Mod 1.84 and 1.85b2.
    Suggestions?

    Has checked up yours MOD Bios - "Modified Bios-Asus X42JY-K42JY_301_Asus21_SSv2.rar" on real PC. All perfectly works!

    Can you upload to sendspace the screens of the Basic and Advanced tabs of the Slictoolkit for modified bios ?

    Figured out the issue, I needed to let MSE verify windows was genuine.
    Issue is resolved!
