    My BIOS is on this list. It's SLIC 2.1 and the modded version came out last month before the RTM.

    1) Does this mean that I don't have to flash again to get Windows 7 activated?

    2) The OEM on the mod is Dell. Am I correct that I will need to wait for an OEM SLP/certificate/key for Dell since the only one out right now is Lenovo?

    Dell Vista cert and the leaked key work right now. When an "un-blacklisted" key comes out you can change it.
