Confirmed Working by devienne.[/QUOTE] Hello Serg008 , i have a question and i hope you can help me .I've succesfully SLIC 2.1'ed 2 Asus motherbords and now i am going to buy a pc (2e hand) with a MSI P55-CD53 motherbord in it .I allready know MSI is hard to SLIC so i found this download ,wich i am very happy with .In the package is a SLIC 2.1 BIOS a BIOS-update tool and a certificate-file .The Windows 7 media i use to do a fresh install has the $OEM$ folder in it wich contains the Certificates folder ,there is allready a MSI.XRM-MS in it ,do i need to replace that one with the one you supplied? Or will the one i got in there do the trick as well? It's no problem to create a new media but if i can spare a DVD i do that O yeah ,i have red that this motherboard has a option to flash the bios from within the bios from a USB drive ,could i use that instead of the DOS Flash Utility? If you can reply today that will be great because i'm gonna get me that computer within 2 hours and wanne fine-tune it today Greetings ,Martin
1. No. You can compare - they are identical. 2. The better way for MSI MoBo - from DOS with MSI DOS flash utility included to the original bios pack. Good luck.
