Serg008 - Many thanks for posting the switches for the MSI flash utility and the help you gave to tmodib.

We have had a hell of a time getting an MSI P67A-G43 flashed with a modded BIOS. Kept getting "cannot read the file", or it would appear to flash but no SLIC table was installed... *very* frustrating.

We were using an older utility - afude234.exe with the /X switch. In our case, the /C switch didn't appear to be supported. Anyway, this is how we successfully flashed the MSI P67A-G43:

    Renamed modded BIOS to SLIC.190.
    Flashed official BIOS like this: afude234.exe E7673IMS.190 /P /B /N /X
    Flashed modded BIOS like this: afude234.exe SLIC.190 /P /N /X

    Voila! Finally!!!

BTW, what does the /X switch do again?

    Thanks for your help! :worthy:

Thank you! I've got this tucked away now for future reference.

As I mentioned earlier, the /C didn't want to work for us but I guess we didn't need it.

    Thanks again!
