Either should work fine. I did it the same way I have updated the option ROMS in my own Gigabyte BIOS for the last year or so and it has always worked well. And no the Module name isn't important, you can name it whatever you like. I name it for the version I update it to so that in the future I can see what version is in the BIOS.

Hey Serg008, I just got round to trying this and I can't seem to activate Windows. When trying to register the key, I get "Error: 0xC004f015 Run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004f015' to display the error text". I wonder if this is because I've installed Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1 N? If so, I'll just have to start again and install a non-N version, but obviously I'd rather try and fix this if possible.
