B.T.W. If you have the time (and feel like it), is there a way to explain on how you 'extracted' the rom-contents from the main ASRock BIOS executable? I did notice when flashing with the original (from the ASRock webpage taken) BIOS, after executing the AMI AFUDOS program started-up, so i assume that the .exe is just a sort of "shield" to protect the real ROM-contents from prying eyes? Am i correct in assuming this?
how to mod my BIOS Hey Serg008... I downloaded the Acer Aspire 5745G_1.19_Acer21.zip from the link you provided. Can you please explain step by step how to flash my BIOS using insydeflash.exe There are lotta files in the zip folder. Do I need to edit platform.ini ? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the feedback. Biosmods add SLIC 2.1 table in bios ONLY, cert and OEM key must be added manually.
You sure that this bios for your PC ? To flash the mod just run Insydeflash.exe as Administrator (ZR7x64EC.fd - modified bios)
