For Slic 2.1 use Marker tools included :
T400-TP-7U.zip - for version 3.23(7UET93WW)
T400-TP-7V.zip - for version 3.24(7VET94WW)

Make a bootable flash. Copy the contents of the msrker's archive.
Boot to pure DOS then run setmark.bat

3.23(7UET93WW) mod Confirmed Working by cr1olf.

Hi Tito thanks for the mod i was able to flash the bios ok but when checking with Slic Toolkit V3.2 it states that there's no Slic: Dump Error! (Slic Table Not found!)
I Flashed using EZ Flash in Dos and Asus Updater in Windows, please advise as i might have done something wrong being a newbie!

Flasher packed using Dell Client Configuration Utility because Phoenix SLIC Tool didn't know how to repack HDR file into original EXE.
Flasher set to reboot system immediately. Save work and close all apps first before running!
Update process may take up to 5 minutes. System may appear locked up. Do not touch it! Sometimes ME firmware is updated when you are flashing from a very old BIOS version and it will take some time.
