Asrock z77 extreme4 1.20 slic Hi I am sorry to be a bother, but i cant activate windows with Asrock z77 extreme4 1.20 slic it stays unactivated after i add the certificate and serial i updated as you said using Asrock instant flash i have tried several times with clean installs It seems the bios is not fully updating have you any ideas on how i can overcome this it is driving me mad regards willwalt just tried one last time result Bricked board just orderd new bios chip from holland
Worked a treat with and Advent PQD4003 PC with the A7VMX board. Note: I had to add /x to the Flash batch file as the ROM ID check would not pass (presumably due to the 'Advent' branding on the firmware, now replaced by Foxconn after updating). But all done now and Windows 7 Ultimate activated using Acer certs etc (made a multibrand OEM ISO from the info at these boards and let it sort that out automatically)
