Did not work. After trying three different usb drives I finally got one to boot to dos. formating took me two hours and finally the flash tool just gave me an error. Error message was just "UNSUPPORTED" and nothing else. Don't know what I am doing wrong...

make backup of your bios and upload it (e.g. to sendspace.com) and send link me to PM :
    winflash /bak:filename
    or from DOS: pflash /bak:filename

I haven't stability tested or anything, but I've been able to install Win 7 x64, SP1, updated and it says it's activated (after running Daz's Loader, the loader only said it installed a certificate and serial), so it does appears to work. A second confirm, I guess. Thanks Serg008. :)

LatinMcG, I can not post links.

    Can someone fix the link?

1.09G is the latest bios for ECS MCP61PM-GM motherboard.
But is not available from Gateway.
Anyhow, my motherboard has an older bios.

Since the modded bios already exists, just has a bad link in post #9701,
    can't the link be fixed?

I see other request for link fixes in this thread. Is not ok to ask for new link?

    Code:
    BIOs Mod:
     Gateway_GT5674_MCP61PM-GM_1.09G_ACER_SLIC_2.1_Dynamic.rar
    Thank you

I'm sorry LatinMcG, i think you have uploaded a wrong file there, it says z77xud5h, i think it belong to Gigabyte z77x-ud5h not Asrock z68 extreme4.
