ASUS 1215B E450 wifi upgrade (whitelist in BIOS?) Hello friends, I hope this is the right thread for my question: I own an ASUS 1215b with E-450 apu. A while ago I bricked it while trying to flash SLIC (own and mistaken creation) to it. Gladly I got a new mobo with latest BIOS 0503 containing SLIC 2.1. So everything was fine. Now I tried to change the mini-pci bluetooth/wifi combo module AzureWave AW-NB047H with the far better Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 (6235ANHMW). After change, I switched on my 1215b and - nothing! Screen stays blank: no bootscreen or something else and no boot. I changed again and system runs again. So my conclusion, there must be something within the BIOS (maybe a whitelist) that prevents the usage of this module. Any chance to get the module running someday / modding the BIOS? I put the slic'd BIOS 0503 and everything else in this archive hxxp://ementec.de/software/ASUS_1215B_E450.zip
