    Are you maybe able to look into my issue? ...if it is allowed/accepted i would donate a little for doing this one again to the one for spending the time to assist me :).

    Its an AMI CORE 7 bios, which needs manual modding. I can give a try but its too risky. Some more experienced modder can do it for you.

    Btw, donations aren't allowed in MDL.

    Hi,
    I used this BIOS to update my HP Pavilion dv7-1245dx, but it has trouble booting now, it gets stuck on a screen with the message "Press the ESC key for startup options", sometimes it'll boot after hitting the ESC key then waiting, other times it won't boot at all. Any ideas?

    Any good flashing tutorial is available for Asus, cause i never flashed this old system :confused: , thanks for posting these files. Sorry for requesting it here(wrong section):)

    i need to use MS DOS or Free DOS for formatting the pen drive ?:rolleyes:

    Both are fine... though I prefer MSDOS for compatibility reasons.

    Hello Tito , you are awesome. I just updated Bios and added slic, everything was fine.But after restarting windows 8 took some time for automatic repair and diagnosing system, what may be the reason :biggrin:.Now my old desktop PC can breath :D. Tito how can i check SLIC status? .I will also need help for my lap, i will let you know about it later, its HP Pavilion g6-1200tx. Thank you very much bro for helping me and for modded files. :)
