    An additional remark:

    You wrote "Flash from DOS with HP recommended flash Utility", which is of cause true.

    But the HP setting (SP54344) in "Flash.bat" is "kbd /"flash O41072~1.rom -r 100000,10000 -r 1e0000,10000;q"".
    Using this is not appropriate.

    But I've found in another package of yours "kbd /"flash ahcislic.rom -r 100000,ffff -r 1e0000,ffff;q"", which is the way to go.
