I am a little wary of flashing from within Windows. Looking on the Asrock site, it seems their Bios for Windows flashing comes bundled with various UCORE* files that constitute the flashing utility, whereas your archive does not. Do I need to obtain these from Asrock first? Edit: Actually, I see these are probably just embedded within the exe - is that right?

They also don't mention Win 7 as being a compatible OS for Windows flashing, just XP and Vista, but maybe this is just an oversight by Asrock?

OK, just for clarity, I am responding to Tito's post, because I downloaded a Bios from his link here, and it HAS WORKED! Thanks.

Tito, was this any different from the previous one, or did I just get the Flash right this time? If I ever upgrade to a newer Bios, will I have to re-mod?

Thanks again, and also to conghoaxa1.

Thanks for the feedback. Basically the general thumb rule for ASRock bios modding isn't applicable for this mobo. So I & conghoaxa1 made it using different method.

Yah, you have to apply for a new mode each time you update.

    :)

Typical! Should have done more research... I knew Asrock would be a problem in some way, but would never have guessed it would have been a mod-unfriendly Bios on this particular board. Thank you so much!!!

Anybody happen to have this bios for the Abit IP35 Pro? The last time the file was posted was October of last year but now its been deleted, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Used the Award slic mod tool and was able to add the slic 2.1 to the bios which worked so I no longer need the modded bios, thanks everybody.
