    Hi all How i can get the latest BIOS for My Rig :cpu -AMD phenom iix6 1090T,motherboard-asus crosshair iv extreme
    i have cpu temp problems even though i m running it in stock settings default ones
    i am getting few bios only available from asus support any latest one?
    my operating system is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
