Well! We will begin with the beginning!
I have a desktop with motherboard from Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P (rev. 1.0) exact.
I updated BIOS from the f7 (old style Award) version to the U1e (new UEFI) version without any SLIC modifications.
I know about SLIC modifications and use it successfully 2 years.
I try Z8XPUD3P_SLIC.7z , but with this board doesn't work Flash from DOS using Gigabyte recommended Flash Utility (flashefi.exe)!
I could only by means of the internal BIOS utility.
View attachment 25764 - RW Everything Report my system
    befor flash Z8XPUD3P_SLIC.7z
Now RW Everything 1.65 x64 report is View attachment 25765 (after flash)
I hope, it will help to understand!

Try to rename Z8XPUD3P_SLIC.U1G to Z8XPUD3P.U1G & flash with flashefi from DOS.

Sorry but I had a HDD Fail yesterday, so all my BIOS Mod files are lost unless I can get lucky and recover them.
You should just make a new request and I'm sure someone will help you with that.

    Thanks !
It happens so there's no sense getting too upset about it, luckily I still have my other HDDs.
And I'm going to try and recover that data from the failed HDD in a few days, I might get lucky.
