No it was fat32. I can only think, that ezflash had a problem with this and maybe i should have used another tool. thankfully i can just buy a bios chip for 10€, and replace it. its just a dip chip, and so it should not be hard to replace. but crashfree bios feature is a joke, if you really need it, it don't work. anyway thank you for your effort.
i had copied my board data with fd44editor to a new bios, gave it to this guys: biosflash.com/index.htm they flashed it, and today the new bios chip arrived and it works great again. saved by the bell.
