Thanks. Working fine now. I think my problem was that neither bupdater nor AFUDOS nor Easyflash 2 seems to work with a bios on a USB stick in a USB 3.0 port for some reason...
Flashed via Biostar BIOS Updater (command line / Non-Windows) Stopped and lost power during update and the BIOS seems to be dead now. Black screen when powering up. Clearing CMOS by Jumper Method didnt help.
