    If you mean to input that at the command prompt I did that exactly with only a space after .exe and .BIN. I get a delay and then the same error message. Tried it two times. Seems like whatever else is in the pc shouldn't matter as it is only booting to DOS. It does currently have the Dell 1.0.13 bios. The file name to program box automatically fills to mod1.bin. Do I maybe need to just get the AwardBIOS Flash Utility to run and then put in some other specific into the file name to program box? Or any other idea? Thanks.

    run this command without a space (gap) between options ( /f/py/sn/cc) :
    Code:
    awdflash MOD1.BIN /f/py/sn/cc
    add. or try with awdfl866.exe utility
