My grandmother is diabetic, and she uses coffee-mate brand powdered french vanilla creamer; lately, my dad thinks this creamer she uses is increasing her blood sugar to the point where she needs to go from 18 units of insulin to 19 The TL;DR point of all this is, is there a low-calorie/sugar brand kind of coffee creamer (either powdered or liquid) that I can get in stores (like walmart, local stores, wegman's in new york, etc...) that would be suitable to a diabetic like my grandmother I am asking this question at another forum board for different answers, so any help would be greatly appreciated
