    INTEL AHCI ROM is for AWARD bios, not for AMI.

    Can somebody upload the Asus P6T Deluxe v1 (bios v.2209) with asus slic and all the lastest options updated? Pretty please?

    Can someone please post the latest option rom for Marvell 88SE9128 (1.0.0.1xxx)? I cannot find it anywhere.

    i put the latest intel and jmicron roms in my maximus formula iii bios and they work, but...

    i get this when i have ahci enabled for jmicron, whereas i didnt have this before

    "not enough space to copy pci option rom"

    anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi @ All,

    i wanted to know if the RAID ROM includes the AHCI ROM or if this a seperate ROM ? I read a lot of forums but i couldnt find the exact answer.
    And if i'm in AHCI mode is there an benefit from upgrading ? Maybe someone can clarify this. Thanks.

    JMicron firmware update utility v1.0.9, this is not the same as firmware 1.0.9, latest firmware is 1.07.28 as pointed out by

    Do you have an idea what is changed/fixed in the new option roms, releasenotes have not been updated :(

    The release note says: v1.07.28 Fix HDD detection failure under AHCI and RAID mode

    I guess it has been a major bug ignored for a long time :)

    I tried JMB363 v1.07.28 option ROM.Unfortunately, it still carries the same bug which makes the detecting get jammed in AHCI or RAID mode. The only solution is to set to IDE mode. I really don't know what has been revised exactly according to the release note. v1.07.28 doesn't help at all !:worthy:

    To be brief:
    Tested on ASUS P5K-Deluxe IP35+CH9R, JMB363 ,
    HD: WD 5000AAKS,6400AAKS ,and Seagate 72000.12 1TB
    v1.06X ==> Possible incompatibility with Vista Installation DVD ROM, Initiation of installation may fail via some IDE DVD-ROM Drives,for example,my BenQ DW-1670
    v1.07.4 v1.07.14 v1.07.24 v1.07.25 v1.07.28 ==> Detection fail while set to AHCI/RAID Mode
    v1.08.1 ==> Normal with AHCI/RAID mode, but slightly degenerated eSATA performance and increase of CPU ultilization

    Thanks! intel raid option rom 10.5.1.1070 finaly works as it should on my rampage formula (x48/ich9).

    I am using Asus Maximus 3 Gene (P55 chipset), and I don't have any problems in setting the JMicron to AHCI mode in .25 and .28 version. Have never tried RAID on JMicron363
