    DID you clear CMOS ? yes

    DID you load optimized default before applying your clocks/settings ect ? yes

    DID you previously use HAZARS Emulation lo*der that overwrites the win7 default lo*der ? i'm never use any loader fresh install

    sorry to hear that m8, i guess your only other choice is HAZAR Emulation SLIC 2.1 Option 2 method.
