    Simple question.
I want to get a computer with WIN101909/Linux installed (that is all the info I have about the OS).
Will I be able to change the language on that, without any over the top effort?
    Thank you...

You can change the language on win 10 1909 (18363.xxx) if you meant that.

I am sorry, but "WIN101909/Linux" is the only info I have about it. It is the Win10 that is installed on the Chuwi Larkbox... I need to be able to switch between japanese and english, but guess it should be alright then.

    Thank you.

What do you mean by "WIN101909/Linux"? Came the machine with Dual-OS? And, is the Windows 1909 home or pro?

If it's the Pro version, you could download the Language Pack from MS directly, with the lower one, it's a bit more complicated.

All times you ask for such advice, you should post all relevant detail of the machines used as well as the used OSes, Apps and needed Languages.

It was not a tutorial video more of an evidence video in a response to nonsense.
