Netbooks are by definition (and by EULA) crippled. A netbook w/o resolution, disk size and ram limits, is called notebook.
Many model of laptop, permits to replace or upgrade the RAM or the hard disk, with an SSD for example. Naturally, except if you have, a unlucky model, where have (all or almost) the components of the laptop, with BGA soldering. @Project Prisma Can you tell the model or the hardware specifications of the laptop? For the what do you use the laptop?

Edu or Enterprise will offer you the same options and it is the real win 10/11, when you understand what LTSC lacks and when you're not planning on upgrading to the next release as soon as there is a new one then LTSC could be the one to choose
