That's what Sinofsky thought too and gave the order for win8 to RTM on Build 8888. Actually I started this thread for something more than discussion on numbers ........ oh, wait, why should I explain to a guy who posts negative comments on everything(????)
really guy's why would you let Microsoft pull your chain, in thinking that it's the next best thing to apple pie reused kernel core and just more of the dog and pony show far as the key logger is your concern might be and might not be their and maybe the Nsa might have access to your pc.. that why I quit Microsoft and when to apple ...... just a thought on life and how this world is going nut's
Always amazing to see how much people are caring about a simple build number it would be a little fascinating if it actually represented the number of times Windows has been compiled since the beginning, but because they always skip quite large ranges, it doesn't mean anything but a reference in version control. How much is in a number? Still, I'd say 10800 is far too off with RTM around the corner. I bet on 10400 - if they stick to their rules.
Guys, I couldn't find anywhere talking about the .iso format? will it be released too? I don't like upgrades, so I will always clean install the windows, will it be remain active? Thanks
