The ESD's are here meaning that this build might get signed off on July 9th as Wzor shown on their calendar.
Although there is still a (remote) possibility that MS might recompile a candidate into another build no., but I don't think they would do that, it takes time to compile even with their machines, and it still has to be tested, they are too much lagged behind schedule to do that. I have always doubted about the "100 multiple rule", all the RTM's after Vista are 100 multiples, but MS guys had only talked about the "16 multiple rule", maybe this time they are doing away with 100 multiples for good. WZor said there are a lot of signed stuffs in 10163, probably he(or his OEM friend) took it as too risky to leak. Nah, even with the original plan of end-June sign-off target it was still a very tight schedule, they just don't have that kind of luxury.

Maybe, I was leaning towards fbl_ur1 (assuming update release 1) being the fall update and th2, with its multiple sub-labs, as being redstone. I'll be the first to admit I'm just guessing there though.
New Lab with name:Windows “Threshold R1” (Windows 10 RTM) 10.0.10163.0 (th1.150701-1220) 10.0.10176.16384 (th1.150705-0552)
I heard that there were only a few (I thought it's 5) "ceremonial" RedStone builds, and there is in fact still no RedStone branch yet.......please do take it as rumor.
The lab has been there for a week but last week it had a "?" at the end of the name so they must have decided this is the real RTM lab now and build 176 is definitely new today and divisible by 16 as is 16384 (imagine that)! I would venture a guess that 176 will be RTM as it hasn't appeared anywhere else until now.
It's already late for RTM so I wonder what the plan is. They still have to get it to the vendors and they say they plan on delivering it to every retailer in the country before the 29th so they can upgrade you on the spot if you buy a pc that still has 8.1.
There will only be a handful of devices with W10 available on the 29th, and depending on your region it may be 0. We should see more devices with w10 preinstalled in August-October.
