    I'm going to say that there's a pretty big chance he release build to us :) but yes let's see what he says first before we get our hopes up :D

    OK, here's a question :-
    Suppose winmain of 10192 has a new UI element (suppose colored titlebars). Then is it possible that 10192 fbl_impressive don't have that UI element?

    MS guy told me today they are considering build 10162 as RC for RTM even though 10163/64 are out....

    I doubt it, because Brandon Leblanc had hinted a new Insider Preview, which must be higher than 10162, that means Insiders will "downgrade" to RTM on Jul 29? :p

    Insider Preview is 50% advertising 50% feedback
    They're more than capable of testing things themselves without releasing them to Insider program people.

    Exactly. It depends on the changes in the winmain build, but it's impossible for them to be testing something in the same build number and have it be represented in the post-testing build.
