They are just starting to add the 224 esds, the second is there now and I would guess all gazillion will be there in a couple of hours..wonder if this means 208 is failing too.
From what I heard(naturally, take it as rumor), 10192 and the later X16 builds are GDR1 builds. For GDR's, they would have the RTM build no., with the delta being increased, like Win8.1 with Update 1/2/3; but for win10, since there is no official RTM(yet), but the GDR also need to have a build no. with the 1st 4 bits being 0(i.e. a 16 multiple), also, for branch builds like th1, since 10176 already have the 15th bit as 1(i.e. 16384 as delta), so the following branch builds also have the 15th bit as 1. Just take this with salt, we'll know if it is the case.
Thanks for the explanation, so that would mean 176 may still pass and maybe we will still hear something today.
Maybe, or maybe re-compile into the rumered 10400, I don't know, like in win8.1, nobody knows about its sign-off until Windows Blog announced it(by Leblanc).
Well, remember that VL doesn't upgrade, so if you want to use win8.x you need to be aware of that and use a retail key.
According to Brad Sams @ Neowin, looks like RTM sign-off will not happen this week. The article states that the deadline has been pushed back to the middle of next week.
Indeed, I take it with a grain of salt - surely, nothing is set in stone. We'll see how things unfold.
