Exactly. At this point, it is all just rumor. It was onlly speculated that some announcement would be made about RTM today during this morning's keynote. It is only speculation/rumor that there is going to be some kind of release to OEMs/Partners today. This speculation all comes from the same individual(s) that claimed 10176 was RTM sign-off. All we can do is be patient and wait.
