That wasn't the case when 8.1 RTM'd. I doubt Windows 10 RTM ISO will be available form any public MS server link.

That MS employee on PCBETA said it's possible MS could recompile a new build on the 27th and that would become RTM so if MS does release something today and they don't call it RTM they have everybody right where they want them, not knowing what to do with it.
