Hi @han66 , the program will just execute the official specialized uninstaller. So, I think it depends on how a given uninstaller was designed to operate.
Thanks for the tool. A list of all the AV's it can uninstall would be helpful here as well as on the website. Request: Add HitmanPro and HitmanAlert to the tool.
Hi @ceo54 , Thank you for the suggestion. Here’s the list: Adaware, Avast, AVG, Avira, BigFix, Bitdefender, Comodo, Dr.Web, Emsisoft, eScan, ESET, F-Secure, G DATA, K7 Computing, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, McAfee, Microsoft Security Essentials, Norton, Panda, Symantec Endpoint Protection, TrendMicro, Total Defense, TrustPort, Vipre, Webroot, WinPatrol, ZoneAlarm. I've made a quick search and haven't found any dedicated uninstall tools for those two programs. I'll try to check again later, with more time. Thank you.
Is it possible to include "McAfee Endpoint Security" to the list of removable programs? To uninstall it, you need "Endpoint Product Removal Tool" from McAfee. The problem is, that it is only possible to download the tool, if you have a McAfee enterprise account!
Hi @cbsvitzer , given that an enterprise account is needed to get the uninstaller, I'll not be able to include it.
