Have tried Universal Tcpip.sys Patch, Half-Open Limit Fix and TCP-Z, but none of them work with Windows 10, is there any tool to increase half open connection limit support Windows 10?

Why? Without increase the connection it's too slow for P2P, at least for Windows 7, and Windows 10 likely have the limit.

All torrenting software since 2.2.1 (could be wrong on the number) uses UDP. UDP does not require a connection, so there's no point increasing your connections.

That sounds good, not sure if bitcomet uses UDP too.

dunno. Try checking their details on their site.
Most of them just modify bittorrent's code

The days of modifying network stack settings went the way of the XP.
