I had the same problem with datafilehost so I switched to Solidfiles and Hostr. Both have been great and able to host v2.2.1 of the loader for over a year now. The only issue is with their fake download buttons which wasn't a problem in the beginning, but I guess they've been struggling to afford hosting so they added in adware

we have restricted access here in uk but there ways round it via using diffrent mirrors. our isp block the sites and also here in the uk they restrict our upload speed to make it difficult to share files etc.
