Anyone else noticing more HD-LED activity after KB3081455 update ?

well u get what u pay for. more spyware increases led activity, i'd never install another win 10 update, i want my privacy!

 

LOL -- that is so funny. More spyware? You have to have some in the first place to get more! Windows 10 has absolutely NO spyware. ZILCH, NONE, NADA!

There is not a single solid reason to install 10. Keep away from it and back to 7. Keep an eye on the updates, m$ is playing dirty latelly.

 

Depends on what one defines as "spyware". Their gathering of telemetry data is definitely in the gray zone because it happens in an intransparent fashion. It wouldn't be if they were open and laid out what data is actually collected, sent, and how it is evaluated.

updates are mostly security patches and fixes for bug issues....i said this and i will say it again if u are online u have no privacy...does not matter what OS u run.

 

When my PC settles up after startup and checks for updates, it is as calm as a sea, zero disc and network activity.
Then again I have various tweaks to disable logging and other "stuff", so that might have affected it a little bit.

It works fine and for Windows activities I can boot into Windows 7.
