anyone figured out what exactly these updates do

    that are floating around? are they real? i mean are they actual ms releases and has anyone confirmed any info about the 99 build after installing them? whats so different?

    They change only a few files' version and a registry key to 99. All the other files remain 85. Two updates with bigger numbers are most probably real technical hotfixes (not for deployment on WU). The rest are probably test updates (for testing how well updating process works).

    Has there been any new updates lately? Mods should consider a sticky just for new updates, just a thought.
