I use Bart's clean boot image with 2.88 floppy emulation for boot cds - no need to look for volume or edit in cd drivers as most of these fit on it
I can make you an iso and/or a windows flasher but need to be reminded which model you need it for

That's what my RW tells me.

I installed using the Dell Cert and 22TKD key.

I don't see it showing as slic 2.1...

I haven't seen any slic2.1 mods for the E1505. Since you are an expert AND have the same notebook, would you know if that's available?

No it won't deactivate. This is a permanent activation.

No I didn't run it at the root of my C: drive, that might explain why it didn't work for me. I'll remember that now.

I download a MS-DOS 6.0 iso...and use UltraISO to write it to my usb disk.
Reboot from usb device.
In pure dos mode, I flashed my 1520 successfully!

After reboot.

It works!!!!
