yup I left windows 10 on one laptop and went to server 2016 datacentre on my other laptops as main use ones after nt 4 and then onto xp and server equivalent have never looked back as all upgraded in OS better than the last including vista if optimized right on new hardware otherwise 7 was fixed version of that till too many updates made a mess like xp so windows 10 model of new builds a better model and hopefully new builds in future will be tiny delta updates as we don't all have unlimited bandwidth caps or want to pay for that
Na won't leave windows 10. I hate going back to old habit. Why going back to old thing? I really don't get it. Lievre
^^ hmm you forget that each one have your own option some remain in old O.S. another prefer high-tech innovations then good luck for them; only my 2cents
hmm in the future maybe we have chips inserted into brain as world turn on huge big brother; but until there I'm telling with angels lol still the operation system maybe are only 1 for all peoples and named as Universal Operation system according my previsions
Now I've set my rig to my taste ( gaming, file management , privacy etc ) I didn't left windows 10 ( 14393.726 x 64 ) but updates Using also custom visual styles and expecting MS to break them in further major updates , I won't let them do that on my desktop ah !
I decide to leave MS once and for all and jump onto macOS and learn something new after being with MS for 20 odd years ..
Now that the spring is coming, I've decided to focus less on computers and tech toys and focus more on what really matters; Intra-personal relationships. (i.e love and friendships.) Toys are only good if they can be shared and / or used to make yourself / others happy. Anything that gives you stress or aggravation should be promptly tossed in the trash. That's how I feel.
@Enthousiast same here, for me my life is nothing without computers and so on for since 1980 (times of Intel 8086) I can stop only when my final day arrive; I hope can delay more than 20 years at least with M$ Windows or Linux is the same thing lol
or just have vmware/hyper-v or virtualbox and have windows/osx/linux distros and for die hards if they want dos 6.22
^^ is one good and expense option dude, however I have doubt because I'm sure that when some version of Windows O.S. is very good installed and also with properly hardware I believe that Windows make excellent job imo
