Meh. I have the 5930k and DDR4-3200 on the MSI Gaming 9 ACK board. I put the CPU and my two Asus 780 Ti cards under EKWB. Temps stay cool enough for me. Helium, etc.. that's fun for overclocking parties with friends but not realistic for 24/7 use. I do, however, totally recommend using EK Waterblocks for H2O cooling as they are very well made and dependable. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a distributor.
