Well, it seem that without cancer developers like pXC there would be no ShutUp10 (at least for parts of it). It's a standalone exe friend, just a GUI to change some registry entries as mentioned by abbodi earlier on. Latest update has a small guide built in to it. AFAIK no one has ever reported anything malicious about this little app.
Why are you even running this when you're wanting to keep upgrading to newer versions which will turn everything back on constantly? That's like closing the door, but inviting everyone in via the window anyway...
Better make a backup image before - next time. True Image for example takes like 5-8 minutes for a full system backup on my side.
This program will not launch for me. I also tried Ashampoo AntiSpy, which will also not launch. Other programs/installer launch fine. Is Microsoft blocking these programs?
Interesting, it works in a Windows 10 Enterprise VM but not in my Windows 10 Pro VM, both are unmodified installs. Puzzled...
