No need to use drive D, Extract enterpriseg_19041_x64.7z to a folder C:\work . My mistake was not extracting the Edition Files and the Language pack, that just flew over my head, even though I read the instructions multiple times. Best to use 7zip for the extraction. Ignore any 7zip payload error message. For e.g. place the language pack in the lp folder right click it and select extract here. Follow all OP's steps and everything will work

2 - Is this a just for fun project or can we build a real working english version ?
3 - Will it update ?
3 - Has anyone tested what goes in and out ? To see if it phones home ?
