I am not the Master, so I can only answer for him the last time: 1. It has ServerTurbine 2019. You have to register Azure Evaluation and install, then capture the image into install.wim, though some modifications are needed. 2. It has ServerTurbine 2022 at Azure Evaluation too.
I have both in WIM now. 2019 is Core, 2022 is Full. That was why if otherwise (2019 full or 2022 core) options exist

I've told you that you have to check whether or not the image is supported by Edge related command. The target image, NOT the running system you run dism - unless the online system where you run "dism /online /?" is your target image. PS. Basicly, it is for LTSC which has not legacy Edge package.
