add enterpriseS certificate only ? are suffisant ? like copy enterpriseS to sku folder with cmd slmgr.vbs -rilc and input enterpriseS key ( this methode working with starter )

This method works with everything at least from win81 onward.

The only thing to keep in mind is that you have ISO to replace \windows\branding if you're going from Client to server or viceversa, or from consumer to LTSx or viceversa
