Is there's a guideline that change an online Windows 10 (Non-English) from 21H2 to IoT LTSC 2021. I have already tested use a modded offline iso to upgrade. But I don't know how to do for online system directly.
Did you try this: -Do a full backup -Enter System Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) and Generalize & shutdown: Press Win+R & run this %WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown -Enter WinRE for convert to IoTEnterpriseS
That looks very interesting. You said earlier that this required custom update. Have you solved the update problem?
I had an offtopic question... There's only me or someone else hated on the new "Start Menu"? It's almoust impossible to organize it to work productively, I tried using other solutions but didn't like it either, so does anyone know if it's possible to use Windows 10 Start Menu on 11? Right now I back to Windows 10 LTSC...
ExplorerPatcher or other third party tools can bring the Win10 Start Menu back for now, however, nobody knows how long that will last.
