Just adding & using IoTEnterpriseS & EnterpriseS skus with slmgr.vbs commands is not Windows Editions Reconstruction

Reading through this thread, I've seen this method applied before. The only difference was it was done offline and mixed with DISM code to produce an install.wim.
This proposed method is for use in Syspreping a virtual machine with the intension of making a deployable image. At least that's how I'm looking at it.

Means its not a proper way to switch edition SKU.

I will cross check it in offline scenario & will post result after new vm installation as this vm where i applied this method needs to be removed from vmware.

That's not Quick-Switch, that EditionSpecific switch, which is Windows Editions Reconstruction .
